Export your data from Instagram

Uses your own official Instagram export — exact, free, and it can’t flag your account. Takes about 2 minutes.

In Instagram: Settings → Accounts Center → Your information and permissions → Export your information.
Tap Create export, then Export to device.
Under Customize information: Clear all, then select only “Followers and following”.
Set date range to All time and format to JSON.
Tap Start export, then Download when it’s ready (a few minutes).

You’ll get a file like instagram-….zip — just drag it onto the next page, no need to unzip.
